Colorado Homes and Lending’s Cash
Back Offering is powered by Universal Lending Corporation’s
House$mart Program. Universal Lending Corporation offers
a rebate for mortgage services for their employee’s
clients and their participating Realtor Partners. This
rebate comes from the commission of the Loan Officer
and the commission of the Realtor. There are no hidden
fees and no junk fees. The rebate comes
from the loan origination and from the Realtors total commission. The rebate is
given to you three days after funding in the form of
two checks. One check will be issued to you from your
Realtor and one check will be issued to you from your
Loan Officer. See the chart above for examples.
